Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing after your payment is completed.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Email us at hello@nativis.shop as soon as possible using the same email address used at checkout.

We process and ship orders very quickly, often within 24 hours. Because of this, cancellations are only possible shortly after placing your order, before it has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund immediately.
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return once it arrives, subject to our return policy.
